Covering 3000sqft the office suite is surrounded by windows with views across the city and we were briefed to retain this light and airy feel whilst also keeping teams together.

The company’s brand guidelines were developed by our design team to allow for the incorporation of the brand throughout

The company’s brand guidelines were developed by our design team to allow for the incorporation of the brand throughout the glazing manifestation and a cost-effective yet striking flooring scheme.

We installed two small one to one meeting rooms and a large boardroom for regular team meetings, which was installed with full audio visual facilities. A new breakout space was created providing space for the staff to sit together and get away from their desks but which could double up as another adhoc meeting space.

With the use of clever joinery features we were able to provide storage for coats and bags which were easily accessible from the reception space but which were hidden from view. A central print station was installed in the centre of the floor plate for easy access, but which was cleverly designed with a visual ‘punch through’ allowing the light to come through and the sight lines across the office to be maintained. 

Amarelle also provided a full furniture specification and installation to comply with the client’s needs. The scheme was delivered within 4 weeks and was handed over snag free to a very happy client.

Careflow Connect Ltd. is a Health Care Tech company founded in 2007 by Dr Jon Shaw and Dr Jonathon Bloor.  In 2015 the company had 16 employees and was based in serviced offices.  With the company rapidly expanding and having been acquired by System C Healthcare it was decided that it was time to move into conventional office space.

Amarelle guided us throughout the project providing great advice, being responsive to work with, happy to make alterations at any point throughout the project and by providing very reasonable quotes. 

We were working on a very tight schedule and needed to move out of our serviced offices and into the new offices with as little down time as possible.  Amarelle moved heaven and earth to make this happen, and they did it!  What was a nerve racking experience for all of us, was made so much easier by a fantastic team that knew exactly what they were doing and who put the clients at ease every step of the way.
