Following a competitive tender, Savills awarded Amarelle with the contract to refurbish Embassy House reception in Bristol. The brief was to expand and redevelop the ground floor reception, constructing a new party wall between the reception and neighbouring retail unit, creating a new entrance way and external canopy.

The preliminary business case was that the existing reception was not sufficiently prominent for a commercial building with 450 occupants. The main design objectives were to draw attention to the entrance to the office space, to improve the presence and visibility of the tenants and therefore to improve the quality of the office building. These objectives were well and truly achieved! The new reception is contemporary, utilising high quality materials to deliver a high end bespoke space for both occupants and visitors to enjoy.
