Your brilliant new office interior will be planned by our fully qualified interior architects, working to current building regulations and fire safety standards.
Everything we do is compliant with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the legislation covering health and safety.
Our design risk assessments take into account not just the construction, but the long-term use and maintenance of any office scheme. All the due diligence will be carried out in advance, included in the price we quote and adhered to during the build.
Your project manager and designer will meet you on site once a week for the duration of the fit-out.
Together, we’ll walk the floor checking on progress and ensuring quality of workmanship. If there’s anything you’d like to change we’ll give you a quote and update the design to meet your request.
You’ll also receive a weekly email including photos from the site and a written progress report covering all aspects of the work. Share it with everyone in your organisation so they can feel excited about their new look workspace!
We’ll complete your office fit-out on time and on budget, and then carry out a handover along with the operating and safety manual for your new office.
You’ll meet your dedicated aftercare manager who will sort out everything for you going forwards. Once you’re an Amarelle client, you’ll always be an Amarelle client. We will service you.
