We worked closely with Hayes Parsons’ brand manager to ensure that the space reflected the company’s culture.

The company were lucky enough to secure a Cat A space in the city centre. Amarelle were tasked with bringing the neutral and uninspiring shell into a brand relevant environment and exciting place to work.

Acoustic solutions were of high importance within the space as a busy team of brokers and sales professionals were constantly on the phone. Amarelle provided acoustic wall coverings and seat pads on top of personal filing pedestals to absorb noise and offer occasional seating next to desks.

A communal breakout area was installed with a large kitchen and plenty of seating, where more on-brand messaging was displayed on printed glass boards, alongside a team qualifications board, demonstrating to clients the large number of certified staff on the Hayes team.

Full height glazing and clever colour manifestation allowed light from the external windows to travel through the space and provided a sleek and glossy finish, with the agile, angular theme we designed to convey the Hayes Parsons dynamic message throughout the office environment.

The entire space was networked to future proof the office, ensuring staff numbers could grow with minimum disruption for the existing team. This has proved to be a great idea as the Hayes Parsons team has gone from strength to strength, and have a space to be proud of.
