End-to-end project management

One of the biggest benefits of working with Amarelle is our experience and expertise in project management.

A dedicated project manager will oversee your project from start to finish, and will be your single point of contact throughout. They’ll always be an in-house member of our team and will manage all our expert subcontractors.

We’ll take care of all the hassle and headaches that a build entails, and you’ll be free to focus on the success of your business.

A fixed, up front cost

We won’t give you an estimate, we’ll tell you the final cost and stick to it. And, we’ll break it down for you item-by-item in an extensive budget document.

The cost of your project will be based on detailed working drawings and our in-depth understanding of how an office fit-out comes together. Removals, materials, engineering, skilled labour… every cost will be included and clearly listed.

Change of plans? No problem. If you want to add a glass wall or switch the lighting, we’ll update the plans and adjust the budget accordingly.

Expertly orchestrated in-occupation fit-outs

Nobody wants the extra expense of having to relocate while their office is refitted and at Amarelle we’re specialists when it comes to managing in-occupation builds.

In fact, we’ve done over 450 of them.

We’ll take into account all the requirements of your business and carefully programme and sequence short-term moves within your existing space in order to carry out the work as efficiently, quietly and safely as possible.
