A dedicated project manager will oversee your new interior from start to finish, and will be your single point of contact throughout. They’ll always be an in-house member of our team and will manage all our expert subcontractors.

A fixed, up front cost

We won’t give you an estimate, we’ll tell you the final cost and stick to it. And, we’ll break it down for you item-by-item in an extensive budget document.

The cost of your fit-out will be based on detailed working drawings and our in-depth understanding of how an office fit-out comes together. Removals, materials, engineering, skilled labour… every cost will be included and clearly listed.

Want to tweak the design? No problem. If you want to add a glass wall or switch the lighting, we’ll update the plans and adjust the budget accordingly.

Nobody wants the extra expense of having to relocate while their office is refitted and at Amarelle we’re specialists when it comes to managing in-occupation builds.
