Works were completed in just eight weeks with no loss of continuity to the organisation, even though the space were in occupation throughout the refit.
It was an extensive project, covering 55,000 square feet across two floors and involving over 450 staff moves. We planned the refurbishment over three phases, with the clients in occupation while we worked. Each phase was just three weeks and involved replacing the flooring, upgrading the tea points and breakout facilities, complete redecoration and installation of a new furniture solution. Amarelle’s designs included ad hoc meeting spaces using booths compete with AV facilities, as well as touch down areas with laptop tables and soft seating areas to function as quite working zones within the open-plan environment.
